Strategic Partnership
Work closely with the Campus Pastor to help discern priorities
Bring structure and follow-through to key initiatives
Handle planning proactively so conflicts can be avoided and priorities can be placed well
Operational Leadership
Drive execution for campus initiatives and key events.
Build and refine systems that create consistency, sustainability, and scalability.
Identify gaps and friction points before they slow momentum.
Delegation
Lead by equipping and empowering staff and volunteers — not by owning every task yourself.
Provide direction, accountability, and clarity when needed.
Communication & Alignment
Oversee campus and staff communication so messaging is clear, timely, and unified.
Create simple, reliable communication rhythms that keep everyone moving together.
Stewardship of Focus
Protect the Campus Pastor’s time and attention.
Filter priorities wisely.
Help ensure important initiatives don’t drift, stall, or get lost in the noise.
