This role supports the daily operations of the coffee house by assisting the Manager with staff supervision, training, inventory, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced barista and team leader who is patient, collaborative, and committed to developing employees while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Support the Grace Church staff and the Facility Campus Lead by ensuring rooms are set for all meetings, classes, and events taking place on campus.
Provide creative direction for all internal and contracted content producers.
Grace Church Residency is a year-long residency program for recent graduates where you will be discipled by Grace Church staff while gaining hands on experience in various ministries of the local church.
